Michael Keaton is an American actor and producer most well-known for his role in the movie 'Birdman. An actor with a variety of talents, he's proficient in comedy and dramatic parts. His work has led him to perform a number of love-interest characters and he's appeared in some action films. He was attracted to performing and acting when at the age of teen and tried his luck at stand-up comedy as an adult. Although his stand-up show was not successful it helped in the development of his acting. In order to be successful as a comic and performer, he was hired working as a cameraman for the local cable TV station. When he was working in the station when he came to the realization that the way he wanted to work was on camera. He then managed to land a television role and appeared in several episodes in Mister Rogers Neighborhood. The actor was naturally talented and became very popular on TV. He launched a film career with great hopes and achieved a great deal of recognition for his comedic performances. His fame was further elevated when he won acclaim in the role of Batman in Tim Burton's Batman. In time he grew up as an actress and began doing productions and even directing films. In the film Birdman (2014) the actor won numerous awards and nominations.
